Cowboy Up At The Ranch and Ranch Horse Challenge
S. Whitman Co. by Lil Goose Dam Friday, April 11- Cattle gathering and drive, this will be a good days ride
Classes Saturday, April 12 Novice Rider - rider that has little experience at riding and competing in any event
Green Jr Horse - 5 and under which has not had much experience
Experienced / Jr Horse - 5 and under horse has experience at trail & ranch work
Maiden Horse - over 5 but has not had over 3 experiences at competing
Confident Youth Rider - 10 - 13 years
Confident Youth - 14 - 16 years
Ride with a Partner - for riders who would like to ride with a parent, friend, instructor who could help them
Pony your colt - this is a good opportunity to get your young horse (1-3) out
Open - Experienced riders, horses, and anyone not fitting in anywhere else Course could take up to an hour or more to complete, 5 + sections.
Contestants will go randomly as they line up and your number will correlate with the class you entered
The course does take some time to complete- When you come you will Ride! Riders cooperation on keeping the flow of the trail competition going is appreciated
